One architecture, every specialty.

Each specialty agent owns its own validated-instrument battery, adaptive question selection, and triage logic. The orchestrator is the only thing that knows about all of them. As more specialties come online, the orchestrator does more of the primary-care job.

The roadmap

  1. Now: Child & Adolescent Psychiatry — validated battery, adaptive screening, real triage logic, full journey loop.
  2. Next: Pediatrics — well-child + acute. Same architecture, different instruments (developmental milestones, ASQ, M-CHAT, growth curves).
  3. After: Pediatric Neurology — headache, seizure, tic, neurodevelopmental presentations.
  4. Then: Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Endocrinology…
  5. Vision: the orchestrator becomes the AI-native primary-care layer — a single intake that routes any pediatric concern to the specialty most likely to resolve it, with all screening done before the visit.
